Parents and Teachers

Building a relationship with your public library provides the resources and support that give children the gift of lifelong reading. Discover the wide range of story time activities, music, art and technology programs, special events and author visits that happen throughout the year.

Update: Aurora Public Library is delighted to offer virtual outreach visits to child care centres and elementary schools during the COVID-19 closures! Please email children@aurorapl.ca to arrange a one-time or recurring virtual visit on the platform of your choice.

Programs are tailored specifically to age and grade levels and can be modified to focus on subjects and/or themes. To book a visit, please let us know three weeks in advance and we will be happy to accommodate you based on availability.
